The original founder and owner Amaze clarified that he do not own the company any more and some other guy has already purchased his company.

Interestingly, some people say that the sales deal which Amaze did could not be completed and hence Amaze himself is the owner. The new company owner[if there is one] did not make any comments regarding the company ownership or the sales deal.

Some users are saying that, the new owner is already trying to sell off the hosting company and listed it for sale on sitepoint.

Users are left in dark even after almost around 15 hours down time and no one is taking responsibility of clarifying the situation.

The acquisition is already completed and It seems the previous owner of IwhiC is still helping the AHosting company with client support.

As we can remember, IwhiC used to offer shared, reseller, dedicated and proxy hosting mainly thru popular forums. They use to offer master resellers and alpha master resellers too and descent reputation. roll

After the acquisition, AHosting seems to have initial take over problems and some clients are reporting ip changes and frequent downtimes too. Hope, it will be sorted out soon.

The founder and owner of the company Ian has confirmed this on wht and specified that, due to data centre fault his entire biz is collapsed.

We can only hope that the customers will be refunded with money promptly. As we know already, Ian used to sell his VPS offers on most of the hosting forums including DP and WHT. And, many times offered extraordinary deals for the customers.

Btw, Ian also confirmed that he is starting with his next hosting venture under the brand name xenvds.net and will limit himself to offer hosting only service instead of having domain reselling too.

The hivelocity.net representative on wht clarified that the problem is some thing related to electricity outages and work is in progress to restore the partially affected services.

It seems this power problem is being repeatedly hitting hivelocity.net services and some customers are suggesting that because hivelocity uses sagonet hosting facilities, the problem is being repeated.

The other users suspected that the domain was used for ebay phishing and hence was down. But, the other users specified that, their server is hacked and used for phishing.

But, later it was taken over by Aron and maintained for a month or two.

But, as we have seen, because aron could not pay his server bills monthly, the hosting service was discontinued by burstnet and gone forever. The sad part was, the current owner/administrator then did not inform any of the mods or community members regarding the financial position of the company and all users lost the data.

Now, it seems to be restarting by the old owner Johny with a new domain and it is at http://kwix-hosting.com/

Hope under the new management(actually the old), Kwix start flourishing again.

It seems none of their clients are informed in advanced regarding the possible downtime. No information has been posted by the server administrator to know the status.

Even though, the main Qoozz site is up now, But, most of the user's hosting accounts did not get up, because they [Qoozz owner/s] did not had weekly backups as advertised in their ads.

It seems all the a/cs are being restored manually and some users are reporting the availability of their sites/servers on Qoozz at WHT.

Hope, the Qoozz is going to be back to main stream soon.
